How Is The Investment Capital Secured?

Escrow Account
Funds are wired into a jointly approved, attorney-managed escrow account controlled exclusively by legal counsel from both Waybright and the investor.

Controlled Release
Funds can only be released to the family office's escrow (Averrell Thompson, Esq.) for the senior loan's 10% down payment.

Protected Use
No other use of funds is permitted, ensuring protection, until the senior loan funds.

Secure Institution
Funds are held at the Family Office Escrow at Chase Bank, an extremely secure institution.
If the senior loan does not close (e.g., no disbursement within 7 business days post-funding confirmation), the full $3,000,000 investment is refunded to the investor from the escrow account controlled by the Investor attorney and Waybright attorney.

Waybright is awaiting a $3,000,000 investment to fund the escrow requirement with the family office, enabling receipt of $30M in senior funding.
Post-Escrow Funding Process
Upon funding the escrow with $3M, Waybright will close on the Triple C acquisition, leaving approximately $11M from the $30M senior loan to buy back shares from the investor (returning capital plus 10% interest) and allocate $8M for future acquisitions.
